Cambridge Winery was established in 2013 to produce quality boutique wines and to provide hospitality services that complement its tasting rooms and vineyards. We now have two locations: our Madison Tasting Room, opened in November 2014, and our Cambridge Tasting Room & Event Center, opened in February 2016.

Both tasting rooms feature hand-selected wines from California’s Central Coast. The wines are produced under our own label in collaboration with a prominent winemaker in the region. Wisconsin wines were released August 2016.

In the spring of 2015, Cambridge Winery purchased 28 acres of land in Cambridge and began planting our vineyard. These vineyards will be integrated with The Vineyards at Cambridge, a 45.5 acre housing development.
