OUR WINES
Our wines are hand-selected from California's Central Coast region. The wines are then produced under our own label in collaboration with a prominent winemaker in California. We began working with Wisconsin winemakers and released our Wisconsin wines in August of 2016.

PHILOSOPHY
Cambridge Winery offers high quality, premium wines from Wisconsin, California and New York, and has elegant and sophisticated event spaces and tasting rooms that enhance the “wine experience”, reinforce its brand and complement its winery and vineyards. Cambridge Winery opened its Madison Tasting Room in 2014, and added its Cambridge Event Center and Tasting Room in early 2016.

Friday, Marth 9th; Kosnick Financial Group Annual Dinner--Cambridge Event Center
We will be closed for regular service on this date, our doors will remain open from 3-5pm for bottle sales, so stop in and grab your wine to go!
Saturday, March 10th; Sorority Mom's Weekend--Cambridge Event Center
Cambridge Winery will be welcoming sorority sisters and their moms from 12-3PM. We will remain open for normal service (12-8/9PM) to the public, so relive your college years and drop in for a glass of your favorite wine and delicious food specials brought to you by the newest chef in town.
Tuesday, March 13th; Cambridge Business After Hours Event - The Apartments at the Vineyard

NEW WINES
2016 Pinot Gris
Light and delightful, our Pinot Gris reflects the terrior of its hillside vineyard that receives a cooling afternoon breeze from the Pacific Ocean, allowing the fruit to ripen gently. Tropical notes, a light citrus nose, with crisp and bright flavors, our 2016 Pinot Gris is sure to please.
2014 Petite Sirah
Our Petite Sirah is sourced from a vineyard with hot daytime temperatures tempered by occasional incoming marine air, enabling the rapes to achieve balanced ripeness. The 2014 Peitie Sirah jumps out of the glass with aromas of blueberry, violets and vanilla, followed by a juicy, chewy wine that boasts flavors of blackberry and black cherry. Hints of dark chocolate and pepper couple with sleek tannins to provide a robust and balanced finish.
Release Weekend
Get a glass of either new wines and take a dollar off of the menu price. All bottles to-go will be offered at a 10% discounted rate. Discounts apply March 1st - 11th only. Stop in for a free sample!
WINE MAKING
We work closely with our wine making partners to make our wines either in the central coast of California or in Wisconsin. For this reason, we do not have wine making operations at either of our locations. We have 9-acres of vineyards which we planted in the spring of 2016 located at our Cambridge location that you're welcome to stop by, grab a glass of wine and visit. We do not, however, offer vineyard tours.
